Jessica Krakowski is the founder and Master Injector of Contour Clinique, an aesthetic injectables practice located in West Chase. She is a board certified Physician Assistant. Her educational background consists of a baccalaureate degree in Biology from the University of Florida, a Master’s degree in Medical Science, and current board-certification by the NCCPA. Native to Florida, she has been practicing cosmetic medicine for seven years and has gained a reputation for her contouring expertise, having recently been voted Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America. She has provided services to professionals of numerous backgrounds, including medical providers, business executives, fashion icons, A-list celebrities, and international clientele.
Jessica is a master level injector who has been internationally trained by some of the most world-renowned plastic surgeons. She prides herself on a natural approach to facial rejuvenation, focusing on helping her clients accentuate their best features. Her aesthetic/cosmetic specializations include non-invasive full-face rejuvenation aka beautification, cheek and jawline contouring, under-eye hollow softening, lip plumping, non-surgical rhinoplasty, and Sculptra buttock augmentations.
Jessica is also a trainer for Galderma; the makers of Restylane fillers, Sculptra, and Dysport. Anna Gardner, APRN
Master Injector
Anna Harden Gardner is a master aesthetic nurse practitioner board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses. Born and raised in Georgia, Anna received baccalaureate and master’s degrees in nursing from Georgia State University.
For the past five years, Anna has focused her expertise on Aesthetics, becoming a master level injector and laser specialist. She is passionate about education and has undergone extensive training in aesthetic medicine. Prior to joining Contour Clinique, Anna has had the honor of working at a renowned plastic surgery practice in Sarasota Florida. She combines her artistic eye, knowledge of facial anatomy, and clinically safe methods to lead clients to a more youthful appearance.

Heather Yohnke, PA-C, distinguished as a Board Certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, has built a commendable career supported by her profound academic foundation—a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Bloomsburg University followed by a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Marywood University in Pennsylvania. Over the last eight years, Heather has dedicated herself to the field of medicine, initially refining her precision and manual dexterity in spine surgery before transitioning into aesthetic medicine.
As a master level injector who has specialized in aesthetic medicine and weight loss for several years, Heather brings unparalleled expertise and understanding of facial anatomy to her practice. Her experience in spine surgery not only honed her surgical skills but also heightened her appreciation for the meticulous artistry required in aesthetics—skills she leverages to accentuate the innate beauty of her patients.

Michelle Delassen is a seasoned aesthetician with a stellar career spanning over 12 years. Her expertise has graced some of the most prestigious country clubs, renowned spas, and luxurious resorts across the nation. Michelle’s mastery extends to a wide array of treatments, including her specialty in HydraFacials, where she was not only a practitioner but also a distinguished trainer.
Michelle is well-versed in the art of chemical peels, ranging from gentle to advanced, ensuring clients experience rejuvenation tailored to their unique needs. She excels in dermaplaning, microneedling, and crafting customized facials that leave clients glowing with vitality.
In addition to her exceptional technical skills, Michelle is a Certified Reiki Master Level 3, infusing her treatments with a holistic touch that enhances overall well-being. Her dedication to skincare and holistic healing has made her a sought-after professional in the industry, a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence in aesthetics and well-rounded expertise.
Dr. Dallas R. Buchanan
Medical Director
Dr. Dallas R. Buchanan currently practices in the greater Tampa Bay area. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), the only plastic surgery board approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties. He is also an active member of not only the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), but also the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), and he is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He practices a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and has been published in multiple textbooks and medical journals on topics ranging from facial cosmetic surgery and facial aging to body contouring and breast surgery.
Dr. Buchanan grew up in Missouri and graduated as valedictorian of his high school class. He then attended undergraduate studies at Truman State University where he graduated magna cum laude with a major in chemistry and a minor in biology.
His medical school degree was obtained from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. After this, he chose to pursue a full 5-year residency training in general surgery in Birmingham, Alabama where in his final year he served as Chief Resident. He then chose to pursue an additional 3-year specialty fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious Temple University Medical Center in Philadelphia where once again, in his final year, he served as Chief Resident.
After completing this rigorous training, Dr. Buchanan relocated to Spokane, Washington where he practiced both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. During his four years there, he served as an associate clinical professor with the University of Washington School of Medicine, teaching the new generation of young doctors.
He also received several accolades during his time there. He was elected as a top 10 plastic surgeon in Washington by the American Institute of Plastic Surgeons for two years in a row (2017-2018). He was selected as RealSelf 500 top doctor in 2016 and a RealSelf 100 top doctor in 2017. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society in 2018 for his commitment to scholarship, leadership, professionalism, and service. He chose to relocate to Tampa Bay in 2018 to start his own private practice.
Dr. Buchanan’s practice philosophy is patient-centered, customized care. He assesses each patient individually and reviews in detail their specific goals and objectives. He then creates a unique approach for each patient that may include surgical or non-surgical treatments. His expertise lies in staying up to date on the most cutting-edge technology and techniques to give each patient the best outcome.
